PURCHASING

• 1. All orders must be paid for in full before they will be shipped or ordered from the supplier. This includes any item that is put on backorder for you because it is out of stock.
• 2. Payment is necessary so that we can allocate the incoming stock to your order. If you do not wish for payment to be taken for backorder items, we will be able to leave the item on back order for you, but we cannot guarantee that there will be free stock available to fulfill your order.
• 3. Please note that in all cases we must have an email address and contact telephone number for you. We will not be able to process your order without this information.

• 1. Website - Place your order directly on www.germanbenzspecialist.co.za
• 2. Telephone / Email - A product expert will generate a quote for you. Once accepted and payment has been received your order will be generated.

PAYMENTS

• 1. Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Payfast, or by bank transfer into the German Benz Specialist bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
• 2. Card transactions will be acquired for German Benz Specialist via PayFast (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. DPO Payfast uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.payfast.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
• 3. Customer details will be stored by German Benz Specialist separately from card details which are entered by the client on DPO Payfast’s secure site. For more detail on DPO Payfast refer to www.payfast.co.za.
• 4. The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
• 5. German Benz Specialist takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

DELIVERY

• 1a. Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 5 days and delivery details confirmed by way of email.
• 1b. GBS Clothings will be delivered to your provided address within 7 working days after a full pament has been received, depening on the quantity ordered.
• 2. No damage claims will be entertained unless reported to us within 24 hours of goods being received and accepted.
• 3. Any complaints as to the condition or count of goods must be made to German Benz Specialist.
• 4. Only small items using the Post can be sent to PO box's. All other items are sent via courier and require a street address.
• 5. Late Deliveries -We or our carriers will always try to arrive on time, but will not be held responsible for late arrival due to unforeseen circumstances.
• 6. Designer clothing take 60 days after payment to arrive, while non branded (non designer)items whether clothes bedding take 15 days after payment this is before Wednesday.
• 1. Short Deliveries & Damage To Packaging - When the delivering carrier brings your order you MUST count the items you receive & look for any damage to the packaging. It is noted on the carrier's delivery note, the number of boxes you should receive. If the number of boxes you receive does not exactly match the number of pieces on the carrier's delivery note, you MUST note the number of pieces you received on the delivery note by your signature. Damage to packaging MUST be noted on the delivery note next to your signature. You must cross out "delivered in good condition" from the carrier's delivery note. It is very important to check your order. A signature is an acceptance that you have received the whole order & that the packaging was in good condition. Any short delivery of boxes must be reported to German Benz Specialist within 24 hours of signing. Neither German Benz Specialist nor the delivering carrier can be held responsible for short deliveries or damages to packaging if you do not note them on your delivery note.
